This year Japanese Knotweed Management (JKM) is excited to be assisting the Property Care Association (PCA) with their ‘weed clinic’ at the Chelsea Flower Show 2018. The aim is to provide advice to homeowners and garden professionals in identifying and managing the invasive non-native plants found in many UK gardens.
You can watch a video that provides details about the Property Care Association’s ‘Enemy Within’ Garden below:
The clinic can be visited at the ‘Enemy Within’ Garden in the Discovery Zone from Tuesday 22nd– Saturday 26thMay 2018, with JKM will be in attendance on the Friday. Join us and we’ll help you to identify common invasive species that might be present in your garden, including:
- Japanese knotweed
- Giant hogweed
- Field horsetail
- Japanese rose
JKM is delighted to have a cultivated a close working relationship with the Property Care Association, of which we are a proud member. As such, given the opportunity, we were delighted to provide assistance with a project that will encourage people to take a more proactive approach to challenges posed by invasive plants in the UK.
Enjoy the Show and come and say hello!
